The challenge: The potential beyond "word processing"
Before working with StackWorks, ChatGPT was primarily used at Domus as a one-off tool for emails or simple research. - Precise instructions: Learning how to prompt and structure a prompt is key. At Domus, a good prompt is now treated like an internal briefing: the more precise the specifications regarding the target group, tone, and context, the less rework is required.
- Custom GPTs: Custom GPTs were developed for three specific areas of application in marketing and sales. These assistants were fed with internal knowledge to deliver results tailored to Domus' requirements.
