The backup protects your data from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. This includes emails, calendars, contacts, files from Drive/OneDrive/SharePoint, and chat histories. The goal is to ensure that all important data from Google Workspace and M365 is reliably backed up and can be restored.
Yes. With Managed Backup, StackWorks AG performs quarterly recovery tests. This ensures that your backed-up data is actually readable and can be restored quickly in the event of an emergency.
The process consists of 3 steps:
- No-obligation initial consultation: Assessing your needs.
- Setup: The experts at StackWorks will configure the backup instance for your M365 or Google environment.
- Security & Operation: From now on, your data will be backed up automatically in the background in compliance with data protection regulations.
Both the Managed Backup and Unmanaged Backup plans include 50 GB of storage space per user. If this storage space is insufficient, additional storage can be purchased on a flexible basis for CHF 6.– per month per 100 GB.
Managed Backup (starting at CHF 5.– per user per month): The backup instance is fully set up and managed by StackWorks. It includes quarterly recovery tests as well as up to 1 hour per month for error analysis and troubleshooting.
Unmanaged Backup (starting at CHF 3.– per user per month + a one-time fee of CHF 250.–): StackWorks sets up the backup, but the customer is responsible for ongoing management and troubleshooting. Support from StackWorks AG is available.
