Using AI Agents Safely: Your First Agent in 30 Days
Your employees have been using AI for quite some time, often without any rules governing what data can be fed into it. We build a secure foundation on Gemini Enterprise and have your first agent up and running in 30 days, complete with rules, permissions, and audit trails.

How AI Agents Can Benefit Your Business
The first agent after 30 days
No six-month pilot program: After 30 days, your first agent will be working on day-to-day tasks; after 60 days, they can be assigned to a specialized process if desired.
Rules Instead of Shadow AI
An AI policy, an agent registry, and clearly defined rights specify which data may be used in which tools.
Evidence of the benefits
A monthly report shows how your agents are being utilized and how much time they save your team.
Where You Stand Today and What We Do
Employees use AI on their own initiative
Texts, quotes, and customer data end up in private accounts on ChatGPT and similar platforms, with no rules and no oversight. We are creating a secure environment, an AI policy, and an agent registry.
- You know which tools are being used
- Your data remains in your environment

We have the license, but we're sticking with chat
Gemini or Copilot is licensed, but company data is not integrated, and processes continue as before.
We integrate your data using connectors with the appropriate permissions and get the first agents up and running.
- Your license takes effect
- Champions within the team drive adoption forward

A process costs your team time every day
Research, data transfer between systems, and repetitive queries. We're building an agent specifically for this process, connected to up to two systems.
- Every act of writing is inspired by a person
- A test kit ensures quality before launch

Agents are on the move, but no one is paying attention
Permissions and connectors change, and models are updated. We manage your agents through monitoring, monthly checks, and quarterly reviews with senior management.
- Every month, you can see what the agents are bringing in
- Problems become apparent before your team even notices them

Agents with Rules, Permissions, and Protocols
Agents inherit only the rights of the person using them. Write operations are always approved by a human, and every action is logged. The models perform computations within the EU, while processes involving particularly sensitive data run on the Automation Hub, our platform in Switzerland.

Frequently asked questions and answers
That depends on your use case, the available data, and the interfaces. We start with a specific task and define the permitted actions for the pilot.
The scope of action is defined for each specific task. An agent can perform preparatory work or carry out approved steps. Where a human decision is required, it is incorporated into the process.
Our focus is on Gemini Enterprise and suitable agent platforms within the Google ecosystem. The selection depends on data sources, integrations, available features, and the requirements of your use case.
Before the pilot, we define specific criteria, such as processing time, quality of results, and necessary corrections. The evaluation will show whether implementing this solution makes sense for your business.
No. Gemini Enterprise only shows each user content to which they already have access. For every request, existing permissions (shares in Drive, Gmail, and Calendar, as well as access rights from connected systems) are checked and enforced. Data that a user does not have permission to access does not appear in replies, search results, or agent views. Ongoing conversations also remain isolated per user and are not shared with other users.
We start with a use-case analysis and select the use cases that will deliver the fastest benefits. We then integrate your data sources with the appropriate permissions, test the results in a pilot, and train your teams before the full rollout.
