With the Managed IT Service IT-Ops from Stackworks, Best Smile AG was able to successfully solve the bottlenecks in IT support.
Initial situation
With the existing IT resources, the increasing number of IT projects at Best Smile AG could no longer be managed internally. The available time of the in-house IT team had to be spent primarily on support requests, which hindered the further development of important IT topics. Inquiries were addressed directly to individuals, which further exacerbated the problem.

Implementation
To eliminate the bottleneck, Best Smile AG opted for a managed IT service agreement (ITOps-as-a-Service) with Stackworks.
Stackworks seamlessly took on part of the internal workload and reserved specific staffing percentages to meet Best Smile's needs.
As part of this agreement, structures and standardized processes were established in the helpdesk. Internal support requests were documented and broken down into individual steps, which enabled faster processing. This has helped to make support more efficient and relieve the burden on internal IT resources.
Solution
IT Operations as a Service enabled Best Smile to create additional capacity without further burdening the internal IT department.
This enabled Best Smile AG to concentrate more on the further development of important IT projects and to ensure a continuous service for its employees.
